& amp amp amp nbsp Episode 9 - "Reunion" The top three performed to, naturally, Celine Dion’s “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now." It saw Kendall perhaps over-expressing, with Pythia wildly under-expressing (a habit of hers in lip syncs), and Icesis confidently splitting the difference.
When it came to the performances, Icesis clearly had the best handle on the choreography, but there was no matching Kendall's killer lyrics and flow, with Pythia's sassy take a close second (though her voice did lose the power it had in rehearsal).Īnd as for the runway, Icesis truly pulled out every possible trick, her white, weird ensemble enchanting from head to toe (featuring headgear with a mouthpiece!) Kendall didn't wow with her ill-fitting tan look (which we've seen her in before) though her gorgeous braids stunned, while Pythia served a definite "wow" as a silver statue come to life, with incomparable hair and make-up.įinally, it all came down to a lip-sync challenge one that brought back all of the year's queens-with Kimora Amour stunning like no other-to watch along. Kendall's final shot offered the same confidence, while Pythia's final shot couldn't have been goofier perfectly on-brand.Īt this point, Icesis had won two challenges, Kendall had one, and Pythia had never even been in the bottom two, so she was especially edging the other two out. And indeed, their photo together oozed Icesis owning where she stands. It seemed she connected with Icesis more than anyone, which makes sense since Icesis had actually opened for Priyanka previously. No, never, impossible.įirst, we saw the queens direct a shoot with S1 CDR winner, Priyanka, which definitely served as a worthy warm-up. Side note: the top three may be ~the top three~, but they are definitely not about to oust Brooke Lynn herself. The final challenge had the queens writing and recording a remix to Brooke Lynn Hytes' "Queen of the North," with the help of the queen herself.
We are down to the top three – Kendall, Icesis, Pythia – and finale night couldn't have been more explosive.
